- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The thing about First Republic and the staff is personal care for the customer. Like many others for years we were simply herded through ropes like sheep to a 4 foot counter like a New York Deli and we arrived at the counter we were presented with a robot-like person who performed whatever we needed. First Republic is much different; you arrive in a beautiful lobby area and are presented with several personal bankers who are very attentive to our needs. Cool....Also; baked cookies and comfortable chairs.
